They came out and gave an estimate and had samples of wood to choose from and gave options for the installation on the edges, etc. They show up when they are scheduled to for all appointments and they explain what they are going to do and how to care for the counters after installation. "We contacted Todd and 2 other companies in November, liked Todd's product, price and personality best, and we had a completed porch before Christmas!! The window panels (4 per opening) slide up and down, so we stay protected in cold/ bad weather, but will be able to enjoy the screened porch like always in the spring-fall by simply sliding the panels down (or up).  And the Weatherlite windows were much more attractive and user friendly than EZE Breeze.
Cost was about $6200 (comparable to Champion and Archadeck)  Cost would have been higher if I had wanted vinyl on all wood inside the porch.  I wanted to keep the integrity of the wood inside, so I have some sanding and a lot of painting to do.  
The porch is not temperature efficient/insulated, but it stays about 10 degrees warmer than outside and warms up very nicely on comfy winter days.  We use a small electric heater if family/ friends come over and it works just perfectly!  
We are porch people!  Now we get to really enjoy our porch all year long!  Thanks, Todd!!
