Also all new LVT flooring, new toilet, new vanity and added a contractor built towel tower, replaced all electrical lights, and added adjustable shelving to bathroom closet. All walls were painted, trim painted and ceiling painted. During the process clear and courteous communications between contractor and home owner. At completion of project the bathroom was exactly as the home owner had envisioned. The contractor kept the work area clean and neat, answered pertinent questions immediately and met all expected issues quickly and professionally. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it.
