Save money by selecting a fabricator so you can shop the wholesale stone market. Fabricators cut and install the countertop. J&R are the fabricators I chose. Jogly at J&R quoted very competitive prices that were all inclusive. I am well satisfied with the countertop and the cost. Most important, my wife is well pleased. ."

"I would like to highly recommend Jim and his team from “The Patio Room Factory”. My wife and I met Jim at a home improvement show at the fairground’s, and from there was the beginning of a family type relationship. Working with Jim and Mark as owners is much better than working with salesmen from other companies. They take so much pride in their work, and they are there from the beginning of the project to the end. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. Jim, Mark, Chris, Steve and Michael are very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits. "Vadim is our project manager. He's easy to work with and very responsive. We had to remove a wall in the kitchen to open it up and he was able to accommodate the request and created a column (load bearing) that looks identical to one already in place. The craftsman was excellent. Everyone who has seen it thought it was an original. The most impressive thing with this project is that everything was on schedule. We had to take a trip during the construction. Vadim worked with us, so that some things were done while we were gone and some waited until we get back. My neighbors were impressed by how punctual the workers were and how hard they worked. We also had the options of purchase some of the appliances ourselves to keep the cost low. I wish we had more selections on the quartz countertop, but that's the contractors that they work with. It's not Sembro itself. We ended up with a quartz countertop that we are happy with, so it all worked out. We were going to put it new hardwood floor but we decided to sand it and re-stain it after discussing with Vadim. The cost was about 1/2 as putting new ones in since they would have to remove the existing hardwood. The new floor turned out great and I was very surprised that it created very little dust with the sanding and how quickly it was done. We had to stay at a hotel overnight after they stained it which is no big deal. Overall I am happy with Sembro and I would use Sembro again if I have more remodeling projects."

"i had daves carpentry come in and replace the original steps to my family room,he came in when he said he would (on time) removed the old 2by 8 lumber the original home builder installed, replaced the old steps with new popular skirt board ,risers and treads,(my request) the job was done by the owner himself ,cleaned up the work area,and finished on time and under budget great work thanks dave!"

We came across a few final touches in the end that needed to be fixed, but Bruce and Dave made a point to make these a priority with all their other projects and got it done very quickly!
