"We contracted Terry to finish our unfinished basement. He designed and built one bedroom, one bathroom, one home gym, a family room, and a bar area. We were extremely pleased with his work, and he was extremely attentive to our needs. He was detailed and ensured we were happy every step of the way. "We initially hired Kenyon Construction to build a two-tiered deck system. This project involved a main deck with cedar beams, a roof, can lights and ceiling fans, connected to an open sun deck surrounding a hot tub (all pictured). The project went so well that we have since used Marc and his team for bedroom and bathroom remodels, flooring updates, and a new roof. Communication is awesome and projects come in at or under budget. We wouldn't even think about choosing a different company for any of our home remodel needs. Highly recommended!"

"This was a remodeling job. Ed finished 800 sq ft of basement. Framed walls, drywall, insulation, electrical outlets, suspended ceiling, lights, installed doors. (Flooring was done by a company he recommended.) He impressed me by carefully listening to what I wanted and provided valuable advice throughout the design and execution of the work. He started work promptly and skillfully coordinated the work of his employees and subcontractors so that there was very little downtime. Workers were very competent, friendly, and respectful to us, the homeowners. I highly recommend him for any type of remodeling or new construction project and would use him exclusively in the future.
