They came out and gave an estimate and had samples of wood to choose from and gave options for the installation on the edges, etc. They show up when they are scheduled to for all appointments and they explain what they are going to do and how to care for the counters after installation. Exceptional people to work with!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"Outstanding craftsmanship!!!! Highly recommend for all your home improvement needs. My husband who is retired from many years in construction and home building said,” This is old world craftsmanship rare in today’s market.” The owner, Nick, arrived for our estimate on time and the project completed according to time lines. Our existing cabinets had to be removed and relocated , a frame out around our washer and dryer was custom made to hold the weight of a quartz top and a custom side cabinet was designed to fit into a tight space for storing laundry hamper and baskets. We had no left over clean up all the install was meticulously done. Nick was on site to oversee and support the project with his expertise, he also adjusted a main entrance door not included in our price package. Crown molding was added to cabinets for a finished look at his suggestion and also chair rail molding was installed in my breakfast nook . He repaired an existing kitchen door hanging down due to a broken screw which was lodged in the frame ( Also not included in the original project and at no additional charge) We were so pleased with the finished project , we are adding this company to our home owners association list for preferred contractors. His staff was very thorough and did the work as if they were working on their own homes. Very often including us on any thoughts they had to make it better. Jeremy has so much experience that he helps you to understand what will be best to make the room what you want. We have been so pleased with our add on room that we asked Jeremy and Palmetto Home & Craftsman to build a free standing Pergola to cover our back patio. Again, he sat down with me and the wife, drew it out and made suggestions that we liked. The different crews involved, concrete, electrical and installers were professional, courteous and respectful of the job and our residence. Jeremy was hands on making sure that all thing - including the little things were taken care of properly. The patio cover is absolutely beautiful and honestly exceeded my expectations."

"At first I gave them a bad review because of the person they sent to do the work. After talking to the owner and his team I understood a little more of what went into this project. It was not a simple project to begin with and I was a little frustrated that it was taking so long. After sending other people to finish the project my bathroom is coming along nicely. They are even fixing the mistakes the first person made. Over all the team is very nice and easy to work with. Being a recently widowed woman Tim met me at Floor & Decor to help me with the items I needed to buy. He let me pick what I wanted but was there for guidance. He personally brought over a niche to put in my shower and sent picture of shower faucets I might like."
