And it made a big difference. Claudio is cool, calm, and collected, and this was valuable, as during the work problems did arise. Now these issues were related to the old construction of our house, and were discovered in the course of the work (i.e., faulty wiring, out-of-date plumbing and ventilation, uneven foundation).
