Aaron Utter came out himself to do the estimate and was on the job site 3 of the 4 times I dropped by to see the progress. They started work within days of my accepting the bid, did everything they said they would and more. They finished on time and cleaned everything perfectly. I've dealt with many contractors through one new home build and two renovated homes. This was the easiest and most professional crew I've dealt with ever! "Scope: Replaced tile floor, granite countertops, and baseboards, painted walls and trim, installed new electrical outlets, kitchen sink and faucet, added cabinets and a tile backsplash Carlos impressed us right away with his attention to detail. As we outlined our project he asked specific questions that made it clear he was thinking through the entire scope of work. He provided a detailed quote and our final project was completed on time and within budget - no surprises! The team was great to work with. They kept us in the loop the entire time and were very respectful of our home. They worked really hard to make sure we were happy and our kitchen turned out even better than expected.
