Treated my wife with respect (other sales people directed questions to me and not her, they made her feel invisible). Jessie’s prices were fair and reasonable, so we decided to go with him. "This is a new company but we hired them because we were very impressed with our first meeting where the owner (Glenn), designer and project supervisor all attended. We didn't need new cabinets, but we wanted new countertops with a full backsplash, sink, fixtures, and appliances. The price seemed reasonable and Glenn is very transparent about how he arrives at the budgetary number. We did not use financing. Issues encountered were very minor and were resolved quickly. They underestimated the time needed for the tile backsplash, which I'm sure they will consider the next time they schedule a project, but it didn't cause us any problems. Though DBF is a new company, they have some good experience on their team, and we are very happy with the way the project went and the way we were treated. So they are off to a very good start."
