"We are so happy that Funspace Direct/Temo Sun Rooms did the addition to our home. From the moment we placed our first inquiry call to this, the final inspection day, every interaction has met or exceeded our expectations. This is the third time we have added an extra room to our homes; the other two were done by other companies. Temo has far exceeded the competition in quality and professionalism. Our sales representative Ryan and designer Race took the time to explain the product and choices in careful detail, answering our questions and offering suggestions to assure we would have the room designed the way we wanted it. Jeff Anderman, Temo’s construction manager offered his experience and insights as we discussed what changes to our previously existing exterior should be done to best accommodate the new addition. Our 12x22 room was erected from mid-December to early March, and we insisted that work only be done when the weather permitted. Our carpenters Bill, Tony and Brian built our room as if it were being built onto their own home. Every aspect of our room attests to their attention to detail. Any materials found to be less than perfect were replaced before being used on our room. When the wind blew open the access doors in the foundation, Tony responded the next day with a modification that works. The electricians Denny. Craig and Joe were prompt, efficient, and took extra steps to be sure previously existing and new service worked flawlessly and was what we wanted. When we realized traffic flow in the room would be a problem the way the exterior doors were designed to function, Jeff Anderman had the doors and electrical service changed over at no additional cost to be sure everything about our room was right. We give our highest endorsement to these very hard working and professional group and have suggested them to our family and friends. Phil C. Abbott"

"I have a very complicated job with four different colors and many sharp angles and high ceilings. I also wanted all my trim board painted and doors painted. "High Road Construction provided me outstanding carpentry services, when I called them, to secure the sliding bath room and closet barn doors in my house. Their young carpente, Jack, arrived promptly the very next day, did excellent custom carpentry on my barn doors and kitcen cabinets and installed cedar planks to house the top rails on which the barn door wheels slide, Now they don't get derailed accidently by young children when they run into them. Jack was efficient, competent, friendly and helpful and did an excellent job at a fair price. Thank you Jack. I highly recommend him for custom carpentry services and I will be using him again whenever I have a need for carpentry services."

"I contacted Renaissance Restorations for an addition. Jamie called immediately. The planning, blueprints, city permits went in high gear - then covid hit! When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"

"I would highly recommend this for exterior paint jobs. Keenan (owner) was professional, thorough, and detail oriented. He promptly responds to text messages and accommodates last minute changes. My wife and I are so pleased with the result. He replaced rotting boards, sanded and caulked, masked, and painted our trim, shutters, door, and shakes. As a comparison, we had our house painted a few years ago by another company and the quality of the workmanship by Keenan is far superior. I wish I had “before” pictures. Best of all, his pricing was extremely competitive. I would definitely use his company for future projects, including interior renovations based on this experience."
