They provided different designs based off of the ideas we had and that helped us decide which one to go with. The designs they provided were great. Also they gave us so many options to choose from as for countertops and cabinets. They gave us a timeline and everything went as expected! They were able to move the sink and dishwasher over onto an island, which freed up space on the other side to add more cabinets and center the stove. We are very happy with the kitchen remodel and will reach out to them everytime we need some work."

"Morgan Exteriors went above and beyond!! Their professionalism and expertise from the first initial call to Josh, on site estimate by Lou to the final measurements and all questions and concerns answered by the install Manager PJ. We had questionable weather and the two installers were running a little late. They arrived at 11:30 AM and had all seventeen windows installed by 4:45 PM! These two gentlemen were are very experienced and have many years under their belts and they are employed by Morgan Exteriors and have been for many years, it showed. That consistency, workmanship and professionalism completely convinced me of Morgan Exteriors warranty not just on the windows but the workmanship of the install. This took the fear of some of these other window installer businesses away completely. What I didn?t want is a company who installed a certain brand of window and that company hired inexperienced contractors not to be heard from again. The final project came out spectacular!!!!"

"RORHI did a good job with the execution - the new deck and stairs look good, they're sturdy, and I expect they'll last a long time. Their partnership with GreenSky allowed me to fully finance it up front and pay it off within 12 months with no interest, and that was a major selling point. Deducting a star because a) I was told I needed a plot plan survey done, but found out after I'd spent an extra $1100 getting it that it wasn't necessary - poor communication on ROHRI's part. Also, the job took longer than it should have (3 weeks for a 5x5 deck and ~10 steps) because they kept finding that certain necessary materials had not yet been delivered. So the whole thing was completed in fits and starts due to what I can only characterize as logistical problems. They did good work, and I would absolutely have them quote me again, but if I did use them again I'd request they not begin work until they were absolutely certain they had all the necessary materials on site beforehand."

He was clean in his workspace, no mess, and was respectful of the existing structure, like the hard wood floor.
