"We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled to make it safer after a slip and fall injury occurred while stepping out of our large tub/shower combo. We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We enjoyed our visit to the show room, and we were also very pleased with the quality of the products they use. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. America’s Dream Homeworks very much exceeded our expectations in every way!"

"Zacarias Remodeling Construction did an amazing job on my brand new kitchen! I wanted my kitchen to be done before Christmas and they worked above and beyond to complete it! Oscar (the Owner) would come to see how the project was progressing and inspect the finished work and made sure if we had any concerns or questions. The workers are professional and hard workers!! They also made sure everything was clean before leaving for the day. Suzanne (Estimator/Designer) was there 100% of the time for questions, advice and opinion on the design. Awesome to work with! Luis and David were on time, worked extremely hard and cleaned up the site at the end of every day. Luis would let me know immediately if there were any issues (a couple and very minor) and the quality of workmanship is amazing. I had all my cabinets, countertops, backsplash tiles and fixtures ordered and in stock (with guidance from Ohad) before work began and the entire process took two weeks!"

It required thoughtful design, placement of lengthy sewer and water lines, extensive new electrical work, addition of a window, HVAC heat pump system, removal and replacement of new sheetrock, insulation, porcelain flooring, quartz countertops, appliances, fine carpentry including custom shelving, restoration of antique stained glass windows, tiling, and a versatile lighting system with spectrum-adjustable LED illumination. Gili is very involved with each phase and very supportive of any design requests. My bathroom was demolished to the studs. It was a big job and describe how happy I am with how everything turned out. I replaced the tile backsplash with a beautiful tile and provided us with excellent options within our budget to update our countertop. Gili also suggested upgrading the incandescent ceiling lights with new bright LED bulbs, replacing horrible fluorescent lighting and I am absolutely blown away by the difference.
