They have very competitive prices and really stand out by offering a free sink and free installation. The two gentlemen that did my installation were absolutely wonderful. They were meticulousand ensured everything was level and properly supported prior to laying the granite. They laid drop cloths and cleaned behind themselves as they went. I will certainly be recommending this company to anyone looking to purchase granite countertops.

"I never write reviews because it's so rare to come across a business that is worth the time and effort. But Javier and his team at DMV Kitchen and Bath are the exception. I could not be happier with the work they did. They built a new laundry room onto the back of our house and it's exactly what we wanted. Apart from holidays, they were at our house Mondays through Saturdays working on our project. They did not stop until the project was done. We really felt like they prioritized our project the whole time. They are also super friendly, responsive, and communicative. And every time something unexpected came up, they immediately addressed it. They even fixed a leaking gutter on the back of our house because it was dripping and freezing on a new staircase they built. Their estimate came in a little higher than other estimates we got, but the quality of their work and the attention they give to your project is SO worth it. Highly recommended!"

"I needed a full tile backsplash along 21 ft. of new countertop in my remodeled kitchen. Mr. Penate came right out to estimate the job, scheduled it to follow countertop installation and had it completed in a day! The tile is a handmade style 5/16"thick ceramic subway and he laid it out in various patterns for me to select from prior to tiling, then got to work. He takes much pride in his work and his care and attention to detail really shows! The job is beautifully done and was very reasonably priced. I will certainly ask him to do any future projects I have, and suggest my friends give him a call too. A+ all the way!"

He came into a job that had been royally screwed up by a prior contractor (see review of Stevenson & Sons). He thoroughly inspected the property, prepared a detailed bid, gave us advice on the most important items and delivered a bid that could work with our budget and the existing lender requirements. His entire crew were professional and consciencious. Devin delivered on time, on budget with high quality work. He kept us informed throughout the process. The portico he built is frequently the subject of compliments by our neighbors (and people just driving by). We will use Devin to continue improving our home. "Our experience with MY Kitchen & Bath was top notch. They completed a total kitchen renovation as well as a few door replacements to our townhouse on the exact timeline that was quoted to us. We feel like we live in a new home thanks to their meticulous craftsmanship. As promised, we had the same work crew and project manager throughout the process. The work crew truly are artisans and were always careful in protecting our home with drop cloths and plastic dividers as much as possible and picked up trash and debris in a timely manner. "Even with a few days' delay due to power outage at the countertop supplier, our kitchen remodel started a day early and finished in two weeks flat! None of our friends could believe it when they saw how quickly it was going. Polo, Al, and their crews were fast and professional, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. We're extremely happy with the results and would definitely use them again."

"We have used LFC for several jobs. Tony, the owner, is really lovely, excellent with communication, and very honest about what they can and cannot do--to include realizing as he began a project that we needed some additional inspections to address some issues before we papered over them, something that cost him money but saved us a lot. That takes integrity. The quality of the repairs themselves have varied. They did a lot of drywall and post-plumbing-flood repairs that made the dining room truly look like nothing ever happened. They also did a fantastic job replacing one of our back doors to make it airtight. However, the painting took several tries to get right, and the second door still has a gap in the lower right hand side that lets air in. We have an old house that was cosmetically re-done before we bought it but never truly renovated, and whoever did the refurbishments did a shoddy job, so LFC certainly has had its work cut out for them. I do really appreciate how responsive and kind Tony is, and everyone who comes out to do repairs is very friendly. That is a rare quality in home services these days."

"First Impressions did a lot of work around our hours a few years ago (see previous review).  This spring as I was cleaning up around our patio I noticed that several of the brick caps on our knee wall had come loose so I called them to let them know and was told I should leave a message for Mike Walters.  Mike called me back within the hour and asked me to take some pictures and send them to him, which I did.  The next morning I was surprised when Mike called me back and said they would have a crew out that afternoon to make the necessary repairs.  To top it off he said that while there wasn't a warranty still in place that the caps should not have come loose in that time frame so there would be no charge for the repairs.  It is nice to see a company that does what is right versus hiding behind the legal gobbledygook and red tape.
Also, while his crew was at my house they noticed that a crack had formed in a cement wall so they took a few minutes and filled it in.  I did not ask them to do this but they did it on their own and made it look much better.
I would recommend anyone doing any brickwork, patio work, hardscaping, etc... to give First Impressions a strong look.  Not only do they do great work but they stand behind their work, with or without a warranty.
