I would appreciate the sales person to be a little more forthcoming when presenting the quote. We were not given an itemized statement to see the discounts, but I am old school so this may not be how it is done any more. The quality is excellent and we truly appreciated the installers. They checked to make sure the bars and shelves were installed where we wanted them and cleaned up nicely before they left"
