We were told that all installation would take place outdoors and that was not true. It need to be better explained that you need to only take drapes down, not the hardware associated with them."

They are prompt, professional, hard-working, attentive to detail, careful w your home, thorough when cleaning up EACH DAY & at the end of the project, and clear & thorough w communication. We underwent 4 mos. of a complete bathroom remodel, & were left w MANY problems. After several estimates for repairs, Brody had the greatest selection of materials, was the only 1 willing & able to complete all the work needed, was 3-4 x less expensive than the next nearest bid, AND the work and materials are warrantied! They covered floors, swept floors/wiped walls as they went, & were cautious about our cats! Brody does the work himself. Once the job was started, more problems were found & repaired. I'm running out of space! Brody (not us) is dissatisfied w the appearance of something due to the prev contractor & special ordered materials. Once things are done to his satisfaction, i will upload pics!!"
