I did use a HF magnetic sweeper near construction area to make sure none of the nails made it into our tires (and found several)"

"Sham redid the kitchen but also sheetrock, flooring, and trim in upstairs sleeping loft, plus removing old linoleum and refinishing original wood floors in living room downstairs, redoing stairway and handrail. He transformed our small knotty pine cabin. Was really sensitive about the look and quality of materials, gave us great advice, was a perfectionist on the kitchen tile and trim. Well informed, on budget/on time, brought in other experts to do little details. We couldn't be happier."
