The company owners Oscar and Cesar take pride in their work which was evident during my installation. They followed COVID protocols and left my home in a clean condition. "Pablo called me first and the the rest is history. He visited my home with the professional camera which takes measurements and brought the countertop samples and made recommendations. He recommended a showroom that stocks the type of materials we are interested in. During the installation he helped to remove the faucet and sink and installed them for free. He also removed the old granite countertop for us. Everything went well. I strongly recommend Soares Stone for your countertop project."

"We are extremely happy with the work that Masonworks did on our front steps. We had the steps redone 10 years ago and the original masons did not do a good job. The steps were deteriorating badly. Jeff came over and recommended an excellent solution to add slate to the sides while retaining the existing granite and adding an additional granite slab to the top. This saved us a lot of money. We got all new slate layered in horizontally to the sides and on the risers. The steps look fantastic and we have already had a neighbor come over complimenting us on the steps and asking who did the work for a possible project at his home. They met with me during the initial review of the work, and I communicated with them during the estimate. On the morning they arrived the foreman went over exactly what they would be doing and how long the process should take. There were no surprises. The crew on the job were professional, careful and friendly. They even took time to move a small plant that would have gotten trampled. They work very hard, did great work and completely cleaned up the site afterwards. The entire process took 3 days - 1 day for demolition and setting up the area for the foundation. 1 day for the building inspector to review the site and give the OK to continue, and 1 day to build the steps. I highly recommend Masonworks and would definitely use them on any future project."

"This was our 3rd project we contacted SILMAC Construction and Joe over the years. We need a complete refresh of condo unit in Charlestown in order to list and we working on very tight timeline. The refresh included refinishing wood floors, overall interior painting of the unit, electrical updating and final deep cleaning for showing of the unit. Joe jumped on the job on a Saturday less than 24 hours after our rental tenants moved out and completed the entire refresh in less than 10 days within the price he quote. We will continue to work Joe and Silmac in the future."
