"Pablo called me first and the the rest is history. He visited my home with the professional camera which takes measurements and brought the countertop samples and made recommendations. He recommended a showroom that stocks the type of materials we are interested in. During the installation he helped to remove the faucet and sink and installed them for free. He also removed the old granite countertop for us. Everything went well. I strongly recommend Soares Stone for your countertop project."

"We engaged Bob Phalan of Phalan Construction to do a number of small to medium size projects in our home, including: building and installing stairs from the kitchen to garage, building/ finishing/ installing a stair handrail, building/ finishing/ installing doors for an existing kitchen cabinet, repairing 2 sinking decks, getting rid of squeaks in the floor, leveling a number of doors. Bob does excellent work, he really knows his stuff and is a master craftsman in all kinds of home projects, especially carpentry. "Jeff Souza the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful in design, also very open minded to our needs. Price was very fair. Crew of John, Alan, and Humberto were excellent. Top notch skills of masonry. Very professional and friendly. "This was our 3rd project we contacted SILMAC Construction and Joe over the years. We need a complete refresh of condo unit in Charlestown in order to list and we working on very tight timeline. The refresh included refinishing wood floors, overall interior painting of the unit, electrical updating and final deep cleaning for showing of the unit. Joe jumped on the job on a Saturday less than 24 hours after our rental tenants moved out and completed the entire refresh in less than 10 days within the price he quote. We will continue to work Joe and Silmac in the future."

"The team was very professional and paid attention to details. The house
is an antique cap in Natick and they absolutely did an excellent job. I
would high recommend them to anyone who has a painting job to do. The
house looks so good that i have gotten compliments from total strangers
walking by the house.
The job was done in about a week and they even worked on Saturday as they had a day where they could not work because of rain.
They even took care of small item such as mailboxes, decorative hanging ...etc.
Carlos the owner was excellent in communicating and giving advice on the best way to move forward. They even replaced some rotten wood and painted it to match the house.
I think i got very lucky finding this team and very happy with the results.

"After the purchase of our house, we needed several things done: remove a wall between two bedrooms to make one large master bedroom, create a walk-in closet, and create a laundry space on our first floor.
