He replaced sheet rock, hung some new lighting fixtures, and installed a new bottom to the cabinet under my kitchen sink. There was a little damage to my hard wood floors so he fixed that as well. It all turned out so well that I even had him resurface my fireplace. It looks beautiful! Next he is installing a French drain in my backyard.
