"We were very happy with the punctuality and responsiveness of A1. Steve emailed us a bid which broke down the areas which needed repaired giving us a price for each. Ultimately we decided to have all of the bid work done. We let them use their own judgement in rebuilding the front entryway in a manner similar to the original design. What they built was of the same style but is somewhat smaller and simpler (in a good way - fewer seams, less angled surfaces) and should be much easier to maintain. Most of the rest of the work was pretty straight forward wood rot repair adding horizontal cedar boards where the siding was rotting at the bottom. There was a fairly extensive amount of this sort of work and of course it all had to be painted afterwards. The only issue that came up was with the color of the trim around our front windows and garage. They originally matched their trim paint to a piece of trim on the house but we had wanted it matched to some paint we had leftover from the previous owners. When we pointed this out the mismatch with our expectations they were gracious about it and quickly fixed the issue. We are happy with the final product and would hire A1 again."

"Anthony and the entire team at KCBR did a great job in remodeling our bathroom. We met with Amy the designer who helped us select tile, shower door, fixtures, lighting and mirrors. She was very helpful in giving us suggestions. Travis and Cole were the project managers for our remodel. They did a great job of keeping us informed of all that would be happening with our remodeling job. They were always available when I had questions or concerns. The crew was very neat and clean. The crew was on time and were here when they said they would be here. The painters did an excellent job. KCBR even hired a cleaning lady once the remodel was complete. Great customer service with everyone I came in contact with at KCBR. Anthony came over on a Saturday morning to address some questions I had about my tile. I would highly recommend KCBR. "I can't believe the beautiful roof that I now have on my property. I have had others quotes $20,000.00 and over to have this huge roof done.
