"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"Everything went well initially. Countertop looked great. However, when I told the man in charge to remove the remainder off of my deck, he was obviously annoyed. I had told when he was taking it out that I only wanted ONE piece of the countertop left with me and showed him the piece I wanted. He had an obvious attitude and then went out to his truck and made me wait another 30 minutes to return to take it. They left a mess under the countertops (crumbled countertop, etc.) although they did sweep my floor. When I really looked at it afterwards, I notice that they cracked my backsplash and didn't tell me. Also, the plumber was great who came a couple of hours late, however, he told me the countertop crew had thrown away a part I needed to hook my garbage disposal back up so I had to give him $30 to replace it. Atila, the salesman/owner was wonderful during the sale process and very responsive. However, I was expecting a follow up call which didn't happen. The price was good for the work that was done."

I was mostly concerned about being without a kitchen for months.  The team at American Decorating Center put that worry to rest.  The kitchen was workable within two weeks. 
I had been overwhelmed by the thought of redoing the kitchen, when I stepped into ADC, everything was taken care of.  First, Terry showed me the cabinets and countertops and talked with me about choices.  Tammy and Terry both helped with the combination of colors, styles, etc.  then Jason came out THAT DAY and created a design to meet our needs.  He gave us some different options and we mostly went with his suggestions.  Some of his suggestions appeared insignificant but have made a big difference in the function of the kitchen. 
First came the installation of the carpet in the family room which was done quickly and well.  Then Josh and his team  came and began the remodel.  Nelson painted the family room.  The prep and painting were terrific.  Josh and his team were great.  There were a couple of glitches in some of the plumbing and wiring that Josh had to adapt to our needs.  I don't think there is any problem that Josh cannot fix.  He installed the toilet and ceramic tile in the powder room and did a great job. It was functional right away.  The countertop subcontractor (selected by ADC) did a super job. Nelson finished all the painting and trim in the kitchen and we were ready to cook
The hardwood flooring that we selected was on backorder, so our flooring was not installed until January. Kenny and his crew did a super job.  We had lots of squeaks in our floors prior to the installation, and there are no longer any squeaks. They worked very hard to find all the squeaks before they put down the flooring. The floors are beautiful.
The people at ADC: Terry, Jason, Tammy and the crew of Josh and Nelson all did a great job.  We are VERY happy with the results.
