"I am amazed at The quality of their customer service. Before I became disabled, I was employed at the hospital for 28 years and I know how hard-working with the public can be. I really need to give a hats off and a pat on the back to (midstate Basement) systems they came in and did work on my basement and had to come back and adjust some things… Not one time did they roll their eyes or give me a hard way to go about it. Levi ,Judd, Ernest, Jonathan & Adrian were very friendly, courteous & Ernest, Levi and Judd always answered any question I give them and was quick to be of help and to get me scheduled in I would highly recommend Midstate Basements systems to anybody that needs any kind of basement or crawlspace work done. "Jim, a master carpenter, arrived at agreed time and was able to repair a damaged kitchen island countertop so it looks great. Also fixed rickety chairs, two drawer slides, loose bathroom tiles and installed several carpet transitions strips. All done in a professional manner. Countertop repair took some real brainstorming and Jim came up with a great fix, avoiding replacement of a top that couldn’t be matched."

"Matthew was the right guy for the work I needed done on my home! He was very quick and very well priced for the work that he did and I would highly recommend him to anybody needing work done on their home. I had him replace rotted window sill and completely reframe for new windows I had installed by him and I had also inspect other windows for rot and had new exterior trim installed to give my home a new look! I also had roughly 40’ of facia board replaced and new facia trim installed due to rot and he did a great job!"
