During our first meeting with Scott we explained our vision for our new outbuilding, a 900 sq. ft. pottery studio. He was attentive and fully understood the scope of the project. The architectural plans we gave him turned out to be somewhat lacking, but Scott went above and beyond by meeting the staff at the Oro Valley plans and permits office in person, and correcting our plans using his own team. As a home inspector and former contractor myself, Scott and crew valued my inputs and were amazing to work with. Communication was frequent and follow-up was timely, productive and accurate. Big projects never go as planned, and we made Scott's job tougher by throwing several change orders at him - including three different ceiling designs! His team just rolled on, never showed a hint of frustration, and exceeded our expectations for the highest quality construction and fit-and-finish. Contractors always say "customer satisfaction is #1," but many fail to live up to that. Scott and every member of CactusNectar walk the walk and deliver. They truly got everything right, and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful studio. "The work went well. Dead and live weeds were removed or poisoned. Plants, including cacti were trimmed and debris removed, the rocks raked out evenly. One the watering lines was cut while a lantana plant was trimmed, but repaired. Other lines that needed extensions were fixed so that the plant could be watered better. The irrigation system was checked to ensure it was working properly and ok'd. They were instructed to move half of a Totem cactus cluster to the opposite corner of the yard, but somehow a miscommunication happened and the workmen dug up and tried to replant all pieces of the plant cluster in the opposite corner. When this error was noticed, they moved two of the relocated pieces back to its original position, but didn't bury it deep enough and one piece began to lean out of the ground and the other piece fell and broke. The pieces that were left in the opposite side of the yard also leaned over and one part of that cluster fell and cracked, also. The plant ended up with enough breakage that the original plant was trimmed so that heads were retained and replanted in two clusters of three at opposite corners at the back of the yard. The tall totems were severely compromised into restarting their growth from the shorter pieces, but I felt that they still had enough height to look attractive and had a chance to reroot and grow from the heads again on each side of the yard and probably will grow up looking good. The crew also sprayed Roundup and pre-emergent over the entire yard areas to kill what was low and sprouted and to prevent seeds from sprouting, as well to preserve their work. I appreciate All Terrain's professionalism, commitment to duty and follow-through, maintaining high standards for customers, and taking responsibility for damage. They were more than others I had interviewed or experienced in the past, but I have full confidence in All Terrains' level of professionalism. I think the maintenance supervisor, Chris is largely the reason for such a good turn out."

"If you’re lonely, call for your free estimate and then decline their offer. You will receive the most obnoxiously persistent marketing calls for at least a year. During these calls you can tell them you aren’t interested for whatever reason and you will be rewarded with even more attention. I declined a year ago, have asked politely over 6 times to not be contacted. Today’s caller was greeted with profanity. ENOUGH!"

"I felt pressured/rushed into signing a contract. I had asked for an estimate, and when the gentleman showed up, he wrote out a contract instead of an estimate. The pricing for the removal of 3 concrete and rock steps, installation of 5 brick steps and 2 handrails was ridiculously high but I wasnâ t given a chance to shop around. The contract didnâ t break down material costs, labor costs or taxes. It was a quick installation of the steps but shoddy work. The bottom step fell apart within the 1st week, causing my 83 yr old stepdad to fall. This company subcontracted for my handrails. There was a complete lack of communication between this company and the rail company. It took over 6 weeks to complete this simple job. . The railings were installed after 4 weeks. While it literally took all day to install the rails, they did turn out quite nice. Also, I was promised replacement bricks in case of chips or breaks in the future and still havenâ t received those. All things considered, I donâ t think I would recommend this company."
