They also cut out part of a water damaged wall and repaired it and the tile on the floor. James is very personable and takes pride in a job well done. "I have hired Steve Ellis twice. Once was two years ago and the other was just this week. Both times he tore out floor tile that was installed incorrectly and then installed new floor tile. The first time was in the laundry room. Ditra mat was originally under the tile and was not thinset to the floor. So the tile was moving and grout was coming out where the traffic areas were. Tile came up in whole pieces. The second time Steve came he tore up the existing tile in the pantry, spare bath and master bath. All of which was incorrectly installed by someone else. Steve and Jeff installed new tile with backer board underneath. They did an excellent job! It looks beautiful! Very professionally done. I know, now, that my tile will NOT move because it is installed correctly. I would not use anyone else to do any work that I need done. The pricing is fair, the resulting work is excellent and they were on time each day and completed the job when they said they would. I couldn't have asked for a better job from Steve and Jeff. I have had very bad experiences with OTHER contractors in the past 40+ years. So I know a good/excellent job when I experience it."
