"After years of painting our home it was time to move up to a better solution. After searching the Better Business Bureau for local companies Krumwiede Home Pros stood out. They were top rated with 0 complaints. We were even able to initiate contact for a quote through the BBB. Michael was our salesperson and he was upfront and honest in capabilities and pricing. The pricing was so great we even upgraded to an insulated vinyl siding and we were still under what others quoted. We then met with Ross the production manager who went over every aspect of the job with us. This was great because we worked out any issues ahead of time. There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. "Their quote was 10%+ higher than anyone else we spoke to and it didn't even include the materials other than countertops. Add in flooring and backsplash tile and they would probably be 15-20% higher than anyone else. But you get what you pay for, I probably should have gone with this company."

"I had to get a kitchen faucet installed as soon as possible to replace the old one that my tenants had damaged by twisting the sprayer handle backwards. I was in a time crunch - MPT accommodated my schedule and installed the faucet before the end of June before my new Tenants moved in. I had also discovered a leak at the last moment where one of the valves under the sink wore out. It was replaced at no extra charge even though I offered to pay for the part. I am very satisfied with the responsiveness and the fact that I wasn't charged extra for a small part. I was dealt with honestly and the installation time did not go overtime.

"Ryan will not return my phone calls and texts about fixing my under cabinet light. It stopped working about 6 months after installation. Our new window broke right away - Ryan said he will call Andersen then nothing. Our granite countertop chipped right away - Ryan said he will call Beatrice then nothing. Came and fixed chipped grout in the kitchen but used a different color grout (didn't ask if I was ok with it before installing). Worker broke our reverse osmosis unit - took two years to get them back on site to install replacement. Left pile of pavers, dirt, debris in our backyard for two years and had to hound them to get them to remove. Will not stand by their work or come back to fix unless you chase them down. The undercab lights, still not fixed. Ryan does not return my phone calls or texts even though he said he has the part coming in and he will send someone to install - then did not follow up to set up a time. Would have rehired for bathroom remodel if he would have been responsible about the work he has done but will not hire again. He can blame his workers who are not with him anymore, but that is not an excuse. The light needs fixing so you can come back and fix it."
