He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). One did not appear very honest because because he claimed there were no triple pane Marvin windows ... but that option is available because that is what the selected contractor has ordered from Marvin. It seems that one is best off with a small contractor because the other have large office overhead and slap on extra costs for the window ordering. Ours has not, and he has been transparent on the costs. We have used him before for major projects."
