"Like many 100+ year old homes, once you open the walls, you find more that needs to be done. They had to replace the subfloor and reinforce until the toilet. Level the floor in the new shower. "The lead carpenter, Wade Ambrose, supervised the other carpenters in a kind and professional manner. The crew arrived when he said they would arrive and worked on the project steadily through completion. I am very pleased with the work they completed (stripping off clapboards, repairing the damaged area, and putting up new siding). The wages were reasonable and the worksite was clean after every work day and on completion."
