But they quickly came up with a solution, the dark stain completely covered the pet stains left by the previous owner. They finished up the floors in a timely manner and were very polite, and super clear about where my expectations should be because of the condition of my floors. I am so happy with my floors, in fact they came back just to check and make sure everything was perfect and cleaned up after themselves which these days in construction is not a common trait.
