"I cant say enough nice things about them. From the first phone call they were clear to explain pricing, their process and help me understand everything. They asked good questions so I could easily decide what features to select. Then I was impressed by their selection of materials, the staff at the office who helped me find materials in my price range. Then their system for quoting is thorough and professional with all the details including drawings they create with samples of the product I selected. Last but not least their install staff were on time, prepared, thorough and clean. My install was not the easiest and they took care of making everything work out. And I never used them before but will use them again."

"To clarify, home advisor only had a select few options for job type but we had windows replaced in our home. Dave was very responsive and worked quickly but his team wasn?t careful removing the old windows and took some of the molding off several windows and didn?t fix it. There was also some old window remnants strewn about our yard. Dave did not review the work done by his team at the end of the project even when asked. For price and timeliness their work was ok but if you?re looking for a more comprehensive window install maybe vet a couple other places"

"We knew as soon as we met Stefan and Vilson that we wanted to hire them for our kitchen remodel. They understood our vision and were able to do a rough design and timeline on the spot which included opening up walls, moving/removing sliding doors and windows, removing a soffit, and cabinets/floors. They were extremely responsive with follow-ups, advising us in the permit process, recommendations for plumbing and electrical tradesmen, and material selection/design. They kept a VERY clean workspace, and took time each day to sweep, vacuum, wipe down, etc... They stayed on their estimated timeline and budget, even with a surprise beam needing to be installed and us taking some extra time to select countertops. Their attention to detail and pride in their work is evident in the end product, and we could not be happier with our new kitchen/living space. On a personal note we could not have asked for more polite, thoughtful, funny, positive people to have in our home for the 5 weeks of the project. We grew to know and love these guys, and looked forward to the warmth and energy they would being each day. "I recently hired RIJI Home improvements to renovate two bathrooms in my 3 bedroom apartment. Both bathrooms were on the small side, the bigger one having a bath which wasn't used at all. I wanted to take out the bathroom and make a large shower as well as changing the floor to ceiling tiles and adding a hanging toilet and vanity, so it would be easier to clean. I more or less had a plan of the layout and colors. But wasn't quite closed about the layout. RIJI's designers made some big improvements on our original plans and offered some original advice about the layout that we would never have thought of by ourselves. The original bathroom was quite dark and I wanted to go for a lighter more minimal look. I can't believe how different both bathrooms look after the renovations. There is lots of light and much more space, yet we still have the same amount of storage space. I am very happy with the work that has been done. The team of workers that arrived everyday where very professional and pleasant to work with. I hired RIJI Home improvements on the recommendation of a friend, and have no regrets about that choice. I wont think twice about hiring these guys again."
