"Millennium Construction and Glenn specifically were great to work with. I had a relativley small project (about 1 day of work) to repair part of the frame and subsiding that had rotted out down near the foundation of the house. Glenn was very responsive and came out to give an estimate within a couple of days of calling. Glenn had a very busy schedule but was willing to make time for my project anyway which was greatly appreciated. We had to bump the date a couple of times but it still got done within a few weeks of the initial plan. I was invoiced exactly the amount that was estimated which was also a pleasent suprise. Overall a great experience and great value for the work performed."

"Aritas LLC, cancelled the first scheduled day due to some of his employees taking vacation and did not notify until after I called questioning if they were going to arrive that day. We rescheduled for the following week and they arrived on-time. Overall, the finished work was done as discussed and were thorough for adding caulking around the doors to prevent water from leaking inside the house. Jose also repaired the doors on two cabinets as well. He mentioned that if there are any future leaks inside the house that he would fix it at no additional cost."
