"There were several pieces of lumber that needed to be cut out and replaced, which required strengthening the whole structure with wooden braces while the work was being performed. Gary had to think outside the box and consider different options to find the best solution. In the end, the approach he took was relatively quick for the situation and very safe. The result was a carport nicely restored, stronger than it has ever been. Throughout the process, Gary was responsive, efficient and very good at explaining his train of thought and his plans. And the price was very reasonable. Overall, a great professional which I recommend without any hesitation."

"Overall quality of work was very good, had some issues with timing and one sub not showing up several times (once because he had a "more important job to go to"). Other than that, Aaron is a decent, kind, and knowledgeable person that knows his business. Pricing is more than other quotes we received for similar work (about 10-15%, so not exorbitant) but they keep an immaculate worksite so you pay for that extra professionalism. Had a few issues at the end for added work that seemed exorbitant, we negotiated a settlement of those costs and it was more valuable to me to pay the extra $1,000 and be done with the situation.

"I’m a very fussy customer. I even let John know that before he started. If it’s not just right I’m not happy. I was very happy with John and Tyler on my project. The workmanship was great. Everyday on the job they prepared our house for foot traffic from front door to the project to keep everything clean. They cleaned up every day as though that were never there before they left.
