James suggested soft-close hinges, creative wood finishes for the cabinets that matched our cozy design, and storage solutions that we did not even know we needed! The fact that they guided us and kept us inside our budget the whole time was a great relief. "Working with Danny and his team from Kitchen Champion was a very positive experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody looking for good quality work, flexibility in accommodating their needs, and a highly responsible team. They remodeled my kitchen, including the cabinets, countertops, sink, floor, and paint. They even built a small island that has now become the highlight of our kitchen. Danny responded promptly as soon as I posted my project and followed up in a timely manner whenever I had any questions or requested changes in the project. He provided us with a detailed estimate that we modified as needed. He helped us stay within our allocated budget by offering alternatives to our initial plans. For instance, instead of floor tiles, he suggested considering vinyl floors, and I couldn't be happier with the result. He never pressured us into particular choices; on the contrary, he was diligent in presenting us with different material options and providing contacts to various shops so we could see the materials and decide what worked best for us. We added a couple of extra things along the way, and Danny had no problem accommodating the additional work. Danny leads one of the most professional teams I have ever worked with. They have been working with him for over 20 years, which speaks to his leadership and fairness. They take great pride in their work. "We put off renovating our small Brooklyn apartment for years. We could not get a single recommendation from friends for a contractor, just tales of bad experiences. So, I took a chance on Dave based on the Angie’s List reviews, and I am very happy I did. I can now add to the good reviews. The Team were fantastic, and the quality of the work was excellent. The team are problems solvers, and when we ran into the occasional issues they were able to find good solutions. The work was scheduled to take 3-4 weeks (full kitchen remodel, refinish wood floors, new bathroom floor tiling, electrics, appliances, custom woodwork etc.) and we moved out for the renovation. It took the full 4 weeks, with the team having to come back twice to wrap up final touches (mostly due to supply chain issues, not a fault of the contractor). Our site manager was Rich, who was extremely responsive to all my questions and texts, and believe me I had a lot of questions. I had no problems getting the contractor back onsite to finish when the last deliveries arrived. Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Waxtel LLC. You will love your new Kitchen!"

My husband and I are senior citizens and Michael Trotto treated us like we were family.

He explained to us exactly what he felt needed to accomplish our goals, gave us a very fair price for a complete kitchen remodel.

Michael found the time to take me to his supplier helped me pick out custom cabinets with crown molding.  He spent hours with

me while I made my decsions.  I told Michael I liked the look of stainless steel appliances but did not want stainless steel.  He had he supplier find appliances for me that looked like stainless steel but where in fact made of the material other appliances (white) were made of in a color that resembled stainless but left no finger prints.  Everyone that comes into my apartments thinks I have stainless appliances.

Michael took me to his supplier in New Jersey and spent hours with me to find the right black granite counter top. My kitchen was completed in one month, I walked into a spotless apartment, no one would know that a complete kitchen renovation took place.

To this day everyone who comes into my kitchen falls in love.

Michael had the patience to deal with someone who is strong willed has a mind of her own, I would not hesitate to call Michael to do more work in my apartment when needed.  I recommended Michael to my brother who just purchased house on City Island and he was extremely happy with the work that Michael did for him.

Michael is a hands on contractor, he has experience beyond his years, he is polite courteous and reminds my husband and I of our son.
