"Deven and crew did an excellent job siding and roofing my garage. I highly recommend King Construction, I also do not give out 5 stars easily but it was easy when you deal with Deven. He was great to work with, he takes the time to listen to what you want and makes it happen. He adjusted easily when I changed up things on him and he finished on time and on budget! "I highly recommend Archadeck of Central Maine. The carpenter, Garret, except for a few hours on the first carpentry day and the entire last day, worked on this by himself. He did a phenomenal job! On the last day he was joined by Preston and he did a great job as well. This project had some unique elements. First, was the slope of the ground. Second, was the design. The lower deck was designed to hold a hot tub (not shown here) to be accessed from the upper deck in the area between the two railings. One whole side of the upper deck remained without a railing as I wanted deck access to be at any point along the footpath. It'll be my task to backfill the gap between the deck surface and the footpath. Total number of days worked on this project was six (6). TJ and Jessi are easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. We are THRILLED with the results!!"

"Harvey and his team were professional and courteous. My wife and I were very satisfied with the completed work on the interior. We had originally planned on doing the exterior of the house first but had to change our plans. Harvey was accommodating and offered suggestions. Some I took, some I didn't. We are already discussing the projects for this coming summer. He doesn't know it but I have a couple new ideas I may implement. I have no doubt that they will do as an outstanding job on the exterior as they did inside. It looks like a new home."
