Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. Contracting the way it should be."

Long story short - the price was decent and the best part was that Dave's initial calculation was stunningly accurate. "Everything went extremely well. Some carpentry work and staining of trim was required and done perfectly. Contractor maintained excellent contact, answered all our questions with patience and professionalism, showed up at our home on time at each visit, and didn't consider the job done until he went over everything a second time and asked if we were satisfied and had any questions.. He even reduced our final bill due to him not needing to a few things he initially thought would be required. What an honest guy!
