The owner Ray Hepp came to the house and personally coordinated completion of the modifications. Ray truly takes pride in his product and worked with us until we were completely satisfied. Since the project was completed, we had several minor service calls - and Mark came out promptly to take care of the concerns. He was a pleasure to work with.
