"We ordered the service on December 22, 2016. Mr. Taylor and I made plans for him to be out the next Wednesday to check out the roof. Mr. Taylor got influenza and was not able to make that appointment and the next appointment we made. We were not in a hurry to get a new roof as both my husband and I had several doctor's appointments and I had an 8 hour procedure scheduled for the first of January. He came out looked at the roof, left us a sample board, and e-mailed us an estimate. He answered all e-mails within 24 hours. The roof is on the house and the storage house. It looks marvelous. The crew replaced some of the plywood on the roof, put down new paper and did the shingles. They cleaned up the area and you would never know they had been here except for the two nails I found on the deck. They put tarps all around the house to catch the shingles as they dispose of them and they have a gentleman that picks the pieces up from the tarps and puts them in the truck. I was very pleased with both the price and the service. I would highly recommend James Taylor Construction."
