He gave me a quote for the cleaning, for gutter guards in the back, and to replace the deck. Not only was he reasonable, he had his crew come and had all the work done in under four hours. The crew cleaned up all of the old boards and ran a magnet over the area to make sure no nails or screws were there to ensure my and my dog's safety. The crew were polite and professional and very hard working.. They did a great job and it looks great! I would gladly recommend and intend to use them again on another job."

"While the worker did a good job on the screens they were told in advance that the pool deck had been recently painted and it did not need to be cleaned. They explained to me their process of starting on the outside of the enclosure to spray a treatment and then come inside to complete. After that they would clean the pool deck. 
Again I told them that the deck didn't need to be cleaned just rinsed off and to take care of the paint which was only 2 weeks old. At the end of the service when they asked me about the service the screens were clean and no issues but most of my deck had scratches in it and sections where the paint had been rubbed off because of the furniture being drug across it instead of just picking it up. Nothing is so heavy it couldn't be picked up by one person. It was just pushed around or moved by the person pulling the hoses around.
Not happy I now have to have my decked paint patched up."
