"The team at Parks construction was amazing! We have a 30 ft. high, 800 square foot deck that required some cross and vertical beams to be replaced due to dry rot. Jessup Parks the owner was on the job every day and tended to the job as if it was his own deck. What I liked best is Jessup did a thorough inspection of the entire deck and informed us of some other trouble spots needing repair but every repair was at a reasonable cost. He is solution-based and provides various options for the repairs. We are very grateful for Jessup and his team to repair our deck and for taking on such a challenging job considering the height involved. We highly recommend Parks Construction."

They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."
