Get matched with top deck pros in Forestville, MI

"Our deck was rotten on our house and we reached out to a few different companies and was very impressed with Green Shield! They were able to replace our deck relatively quickly after reaching out and we love our finished deck! We are excited to be able to go out on our deck again!"

"Very professional and quality workmanship. His foreman was also very professional and knowledgeable. Dean and his crew went above and beyond to not only fix my deck and items that I hired them for in my cottage but fixed problems they found as they worked along the way, saving me time and money in the end. He always kept me informed of the projects and anything that happened to â pop up unexpectedlyâ . Iâ ve recommended him to my neighbors, and I would definitely hire him for future jobs if needed. His price point was extremely reasonable and affordable. Heâ s on site overseeing work and does a lot of the work himself. Another thing we liked. Clean up was good. Dean sent pictures of progress or if he had questions. Another thing which we liked and most contractors donâ t do. Definitely a good guy and great company!"

"We told him that we weren't ready to complete the deck  project at the time and that may be why he took so long to respond with a completed "plan". The plan was certainly less professional and accurate than what my husband and I could have done ourselves.  He included an estimate for our deck (about $8,500 for a two level deck - one just 7" above the other to accommodate the difference in height of the floors in our home.  The proposed deck would be about 10x15.) He offered to quote us separately for his landscaping suggestions.
I had hoped that he would give us a ball park estimate at least for different deck material as he knew we were on the fence about which type we would go with, but he didn't.
The service wasn't AWFUL, it was just mediocre. He might be a great guy for pavers, but I would recommend him for deck or landscaping work.

"The deck turned out great & was done I'm a timely manor. Very happy with it!"

"They were very responsive and everyone from the office to the field was nice and competent and has a good idea of how customer service should be. They did a great job and got our deck looking nice and new. They seemed pretty thorough and didn’t cut corners. Definitely recommend based on our experience."

"We hired them to tear off old siding and replace it with new on our house and garage. They did an excellent job and ended up fixing other issues that came up. We hired them to do our front deck and they did an excellent job. I love both jobs that they did! I would highly recommend this business. The crew is very friendly as well."
