"The O'Rourke team was a joy to work with. Sean came out, met us, listened to what we wanted in a deck, and came back with a very competitive estimate. He was happy to make some revisions, and we hired him. His team took care of obtaining permits, removing the old deck, preparing the ground (including a weed barrier), and building the new deck. Sean was easy to communicate with and kept us updated as things went along. We realized we had made an error in what we requested, and he was able to pivot and give us a beautiful deck that we use often. Our deck is the envy of the neighborhood and we love it! Thanks O'Rourke!"

"Allen and his team did a great job replacing my 23 year old deck that was on its last legs. The project was on time, on budget and I could not be more pleased with the final results, The new deck totally transformed the back of my house and the craftsmanship was cabinetry level. I highly recommend the Deck Guys and would hire them again in a second."

"We hired Gerlyn to rebuild our deck, replacing old wood with composite material. Angel and his crew were very professional in their approach to the job and made sure they did everything right. The deck is beautiful, and frankly more solid than before. The price was very reasonable, they started the project within a week of our agreement, and were on the job 8 to 5 every day until the project was completed. I will gladly turn to Gerlyn Services for my home improvement projects in the future."

"I contacted Town Fence Co. to get a quote to repair my wood fence. Adam came out when promised, and was very thorough inspecting the entire fence. I was unable to be home until late afternoon of the day that the Repairs were scheduled, and Adam told me that I wouldn't need to be there. I came home late that afternoon and was very surprised to find that no repairs had been made and a crew was nowhere to be found. I texted Adam to find out what happened and was told the crew was on their way. I was skeptical that the work would be done that day, and concerned that the job would be rushed and the quality would suffer. To my surprise the work was easily completed and with a few minor exceptions the quality was there. I would use Town Fence Co. Again:"

"Process was efficient and quote was reasonable. Built me and great deck will be used on the daily, Highly recommend."

"We decided to remove the old deck in our back yard and build a new larger one with a pergola. Jim did a great job from start to end. Before starting, he helped us deciding the material by providing quotes using cedar and composite. We decided to use cedar for both deck and pergola, and we love how it came out. Jim was very responsive during the design phase. So, we could finalize the design and start construction. At that point we had a tight schedule because of guests visiting during summer. Jim and his team worked hard and managed to be within schedule. The work was done very carefully, with great attention to details and we are very pleased by the outcome."

"Ten Home provided quality repairs, over the top service, excellent response time and accurate cost estimate. The owner kept us updated as to what was done each day and what to expect next. Once the repairs were completed, Ten Home did more than we expected with the deck cleaning and staining. Our deck looks new again and will be good to go for many years. This was so much more cost effective than replacing the deck with composite material and it looks beautiful. I am already looking to Ten Home for my next house project as they do most any type of house repairs. I highly recommend Ten Home."

"DAL did great work with our big job! They did a front and back deck replacement with additional repairs (back basement wall was in bad shape once deck came off and front window under deck needed reframing). Tim was the single point-of-contact for all the teams: concrete team for the front pad and piers, carpenter team for all the deck work, back concrete pad and piers and wall rebuild, and additional drywall team for rebuild finishing. When the need for repairs was identified, Tim clearly explained the issue and laid out options with rough cost estimates. We went with DAL because they had done a deck down the street last year that looked really good, so we didn't really shop around - that said, they probably aren't the cheapest, but any additional cost is evident in the quality of work and ease of experience! Last note - it took most of a year from contract to build start, so plan ahead!"

"Excellent work on repairing my wooden fence!"
