"This team came and completed the job I had contracted for on a day witch was much less than amiable. They called and were on top of the weather as much as possible. They arrived and competed the job even though I didnâ t think they could. My husband and I were very impressed by their professionalism as well as there â we will get this doneâ attitude! Congratulations on a job well done! I would recommend Swash to anyone looking for a quality job. Mr and Mrs Vento Deland Fl"

"He's awesome. He is a very nice guy and he did a very good job for the lawn work that he did."

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

"

Frank is a perfectionist and he performed many tasks that I would have never thought of myself (sanding multiple times before painting, accounting for slope in concrete slab prior to making cuts, etc.)  Our project had an agreed upon price for all labor with material expense charged on receipts provided with no additional markup.  Frank purchased all materials so we did not have to make trips to lumberyards, etc.  He is a very cost conscious person and as such found ways to economize that did not effect the end product.  The work area was totally cleaned at the end of the work day.  At the end of our project we hired Frank to perform some misc. other handyman tasks (garage lights installed, wiring for lighting and receptacles in garage attic, bathroom light/fan installation, closet lighting).  Frank's professionalism, trade knowledge and honesty were evident throughout our interactions with him.  We will use Frank again on other project ideas we have for the future.  We have already referred Frank to friends and neighbors.

"VERY pleased with the cleaning of the pool cage. The pool deck however could have taken a little more "Love". It was more of a "wash down" than a pressure wash."
