"We were thoroughly impressed with Randy's approach to providing us with a bid. He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

"Dupont Decks is a great company to work with. The communication was good from start to finish. They always let us know the status of the project. The original start date was the 2nd week of May and the deck was done on April 28th. The work crew was fantastic. Dupont Decks exceeded our expectations. The deck looks wonderful and we are already enjoying it. We will be recommending Dupont Decks to our neighbors, who have already commented on how good it looks! Bill"

"Very reliable and easy to work with. Our original bathroom was wearing out. We had tiles coming loose in the shower area and in general was badly in need of an update. We went down to the studs in many areas and now have a bathroom we really enjoy. part of the project involved replacing the old shallow tub with a new soaker tub which my spouse uses on a regular basis. Also we used Shannon's company to remodel my mother's home which was built in the 50's and badly needed updating. It still had the original electrical system which I felt was becoming a dangerous situation. The original plumbing had issues and the basement was an outdated mess. Along with updating the electrical and plumbing we did a complete remodel of the kitchen and basement. The kitchen change was tremendous and now even has an actual dishwasher instead of my mother. The basement was redone down to the studs and now has a bathroom and shower that you are actually happy to use. While the new floor was being installed we had them add electrical in floor heating and now the basement can be comfortably used year around."

"Things went well and both the cost & service met our expectations and needs.  One of the great benefits of refacing your kitchen- vs. a full remodel- is that they were done in less than 3 full days.
The installer was very professional.  We had some trouble with the shelf slides that were installed so they came out right away and put in a better grade of slides.
Couldn't be happier with our "new" kitchen.

We hold on to one very important word here at Schleifer’s WoodWorks LLC… Integrity. This company is built on it. When we started out on the idea of building “another construction company” we knew we had to be different. Together, Corey and his team have 30+ years in construction and a wealth of knowledge in over 20 trades and specialties. With all of our history living, working, and loving these Twin Cities, we needed to bring out the best in our fields. One of the biggest problems in construction today is the lack of attention to the customer… YOU! We take jobs one by one to ensure we get it done right, the first time. We pride ourselves on our experience and aim to bring “the craft” back to craftsmanship. Let’s get connected.

Mission Statement \nTo be a trusted partner for homeowners, businesses, and contractors—building relationships founded on honor, integrity, and diligence. For us, construction is more than a trade; it’s an opportunity to build meaningful connections.\n\nVision \nTo go beyond simply completing projects with honor—to make a lasting impact on every individual we work with, in every way we can, every time.

"Mitch and his team are fabulous! They came to repair my deck which was in disrepair and worked magic. They were neat, clean and respectful of our home. They did exactly what they said they would do and yet it seemed like more. My deck has never looked so good. Thanks Mitch"

"The only thing I was dissappointed in was that the deck has a rough finish, but I suspect that was due to the previous sealing that was done by someone who wasn't experienced (family friend).  This guy said they could buff it next time, so that's OK.
They were very responsive to a spot that appeared to not have taken the stain as well as the rest of the deck surface; they came back right away and resolved that."

"Neubarth Construction did a phenomenal job on ripping out and replacing our front steps and small deck to our cabin house. We were very pleased with the results and will definitely be contacting in the future for other projects!"
