Was a little higher than the other estimate I got but they provided a water trailer which the other didn't which was good since we have a well. They came the next day and Power washed the deck and replaced one board that had routed. The next day the theysprayed the deck with Shirwin Williams solid color stain that was mixed to match the stain on the house siding. Did a good job. Would recomend."

When I first met them to introduce them to the job and get a bid, they indicated that they love painting and restoring old houses. Their work reflects that love. Soon after we met, they emailed me a contract. We met again to confirm colors. There was a delay because of the spring weather, but once the rain cleared, they power washed the house, and then got started the next week and didn't stop until the job was complete. There was quite a bit of scraping, caulking, and even replacing of some shingles. They brushed on the stain for the best and longest lasting result. Despite all the work, they completed the job in about 8 days and the result is fantastic. 
Their crew seemed equally careful, polite, and hardworking. Despite all the activity and workers on the property, they cleaned up every night, even shop vacuuming all the paint chips from the ground and porch roofs when they were done.
