He was happy to make some revisions, and we hired him. His team took care of obtaining permits, removing the old deck, preparing the ground (including a weed barrier), and building the new deck. "I contacted Town Fence Co. to get a quote to repair my wood fence. Adam came out when promised, and was very thorough inspecting the entire fence. I was unable to be home until late afternoon of the day that the Repairs were scheduled, and Adam told me that I wouldn't need to be there. I came home late that afternoon and was very surprised to find that no repairs had been made and a crew was nowhere to be found. I texted Adam to find out what happened and was told the crew was on their way. I was skeptical that the work would be done that day, and concerned that the job would be rushed and the quality would suffer. "While I had someone reach back out within 24hrs of first contact, it was of no use; they wanted $58/- to come out for an estimate. Given that I was reaching out to this form specifically for a re-decking job, it’s impossible to move ahead without an estimate. Not sure why anyone would pay to get an estimate for such type of work. Makes me question what else they nickel and dime for!"

"We decided to remove the old deck in our back yard and build a new larger one with a pergola. Jim did a great job from start to end. Before starting, he helped us deciding the material by providing quotes using cedar and composite. We decided to use cedar for both deck and pergola, and we love how it came out. Jim was very responsive during the design phase. So, we could finalize the design and start construction. At that point we had a tight schedule because of guests visiting during summer. Jim and his team worked hard and managed to be within schedule. The work was done very carefully, with great attention to details and we are very pleased by the outcome."

They did a front and back deck replacement with additional repairs (back basement wall was in bad shape once deck came off and front window under deck needed reframing). Tim was the single point-of-contact for all the teams: concrete team for the front pad and piers, carpenter team for all the deck work, back concrete pad and piers and wall rebuild, and additional drywall team for rebuild finishing. When the need for repairs was identified, Tim clearly explained the issue and laid out options with rough cost estimates. We went with DAL because they had done a deck down the street last year that looked really good, so we didn't really shop around - that said, they probably aren't the cheapest, but any additional cost is evident in the quality of work and ease of experience! Last note - it took most of a year from contract to build start, so plan ahead!"

"Trent and his crew did a great job replacing my deck, portions of the fence and building a new gate with a keyed lock. My old deck was in such bad condition I was afraid to even walk on it. Trent took up all the old boards and cleaned up the debris under the deck that had been left from previous owners who originally built the deck. He also put up chicken wire around the base to keep out the critters that had been coming from under the fence and climbing onto my deck at night. This was his suggestion and he did it free of charge. How many contractors are that thoughtful nowadays? His estimate was thorough and there were no additional or hidden costs. He and his crew were professional and courteous at all times. Iâ m so happy that I can now have coffee on my deck in the morning and sit in the afternoons and evenings enjoying the fresh air and evening stars. I would definitely hire this contractor again and likely will for some interior remodeling I want to have done."
