The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

We also requested solar post lighting, which really enhances the nighttime looks of our new deck. They clean up after each day of work and offered valuable information to help us decide what was needed to have the deck that we wanted while staying within our budget.
