"Kristi did a good job doing our deck. At first we wanted to change it to treks because the deck look terrible to us and previous biders said so too. He was our final bid for this project. He said there really is nothing wrong with our deck, and that 90% is still in a good shape. He only had to replace 3 boards, redo the steps from 3 to 4 steps, and added another bench. He sanded and gave it a new coat. The colors we chose made the deck look like treks and brand new. He is only go to tell you what you really need. Not try to up sell you. Him and his crew are hardworking and get the job done well and not rushed. They take pride in thier work. We will be using him and his ceew for future projects and definitely recommend him."

First day pressure washed the exterior of the house then they taped the window before started painting. "We had previously hired someone else who built such a poorly constructed deck that it needed to be taken down completely and rebuilt properly. This was our first time hiring for a project because my husband had always done things himself but is no longer able to since he is disabled. The experience was very bad to say the least. We then got 4 estimates to rebuild the deck properly and chose SD Construction based on the professionalism Sunil showed as he explained what was wrong and how it should be done. In addition he was so genuinely kind and sympathetic about our circumstances, and gave us a very fair price. Sunil and everyone else on his crew were amazing throughout the process. The deck is 30 years old, and now looks as good as new. Also, they repaired a set of wooden stairs leading from outside into our basement. I thought they were beyond repair, but are now fully functional. They started the project on the date promised, kept us apprised of their progress, and finished the job on time and at the quoted cost.
