"Customer service excellent;timely. Expedient in scheduling/completing deck project. Will consider using for future maintenance of deck. I was provided an estimated warranty for duration of staining and, of course, time will determine this. Would definitely consider contacting for future projects."

"The father and son crew did an excellent job on my pool deck. The deck is solidly built and very attractive to the eye. Thanks!"

"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

"Eric responded to my inquiry fast and quoted the job within a few days. He explained what he planned to do, answered all my questions and took the time to be sure I had all the info I requested. There were areas that could not be seen until the demo was done. The problems were identified and resolved at minimal additional cost. I expected it ti be higher. I feel that Eric was honest and fair. My deck & porch look great. I highly recommend this company."

"The project went very well. Timing and budget were met. More importantly, I had a curvy design (drawn on graph paper) and a new material in mind (recycled rubber pavers, now offered by Azek). Unlike many of the contractors I spoke with, Jeff from MasonWorks was willing to work with my design and this unfamiliar material that involved laying plastic grids over the compacted base and then installing the pavers. The pavers themselves could be cut with a woodworking tools. I wanted a dogwood blossom design on the entry and main patios which required a lot of diagonal cuts. I didn't want to pay for the extra labor to make that happen, so MasonWorks team laid the pavers in a random pattern and gave me a few days before applying the sand to lock in when I was able to cut and rearrange the pavers to make my design. I am so thrilled with the result. I had wanted a deck, but the raised terrace was a great solution that didn't conflict with zoning. The work was done in 2011 and, 8 years later, it is holding up really well, even though I did dig out the base material pretty close to the edge of the pavers to allow for more planting. The first photo is from 2018. The others are from 3-5 years ago."

"I used Durable Remodeling to replace an old deck. Dean and his crew were very professional and the deck came out great. After the deck was finished Dean gave me some advice on how to paint or stain it later on. He is such a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely hire Durable Remodeling again."

"Can't say enough great things about them. Provided an accurate, complete quote which even included pictures of wood trim they were replacing. The crew was professional, friendly and as neat and organized as any I've ever seen. Their painting and carpentry was thorough and looks great - and our house and yard was as neat when they left as when they arrived. Nice to see people who take pride in their work!"

"The team works fast and did a great job to repair our deck. Highly recommend."

"Deck was started on the date promised they kept me informed all along the way deck was built like a tank. All scrap from old deck was cleaned up. I can't remember names, but the project manager was great on final walk through he sanded the railing to take care of splinters set nails deeper and replaced a rotted board on the overhang that opened during construction. He did not leave until I was happy."

"The team was great! They were courteous, clean and very helpful. They worked long hours to.meet a very tight deadline."
