"The experience was good. They worked very hard, aimed to please and got the job done the way I wanted it to get done. The deck was 11 years old so it was a bit challenging, but they did a great job."

"Lee gave us a quote that was one half to a third the cost of other contractors.  He was prompt in returning calls.  He came and took measurements for the new chase cover.  He had a supplier fabricate the cover and kept me informed when it was complete and ready to install.  He suggested painting the cover for a small fee.  He installed the cover, re-caulked the flashing, and cleaned up the work site, disposing of  the old cover.  He also pointed out some needed deck repairs.  Lee was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

"I will always use this company. My deck needed a good wash-trees & mud/dirt with no grass is a terrible combo. Lath called the day I put the call out. He came 2 days later. He was very punctual and got it done quickly---including the back siding of my condo. He was respectful, efficient, and friendly. His prices are very reasonable. I had a job that needed to be done quickly. Lath came through for me."
