"New concrete and small deck"

"Sitko provided the best price for removal and replacement of our wood deck with composite deck boards. Once drawings were prepared (separate service) and village permits were cleared, the work was scheduled and completed in just over one week. The concrete footings were well made and clean. The rail cap was shaped and cut to be functional and provide a good appearance. Composite facia boards were used to present a neat and clean overall installation. Jack and his team are great deck builders and I would recommend their work to all. The deck is approximately 18'x13'."

"Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."
