"I had large water damage in my finished basement. One side of our basement was a game room and the other side was storage room. All was carpeted and was packed with stuffed. The water was running for at least running for more than 24 hours until I noticed it. It was a disaster. I went to the internet on a Sunday and typed in WATER DAMAGE. Within one hour I got call from Noah from SERVMATE. He ordered a POD to remove the content from my basement, we ended getting another POD because we had so much stuff. His team removed the carpet and the water stained dry wall and set up drying units to complete the drying process. I was so happy with the speed of his teamâ  s response. "Excellent service! When we lived in Maryland, I had used Stanley Steamers, but here in Pennsylvania, I decided to try this carpet cleaning business because it was on Angie's List with good reviews. Belles' did an amazing job on my carpets, which had never been cleaned since we had them installed four years ago. Our daughter and her now-2-year old lived with us for several years and the bedroom they slept in had so many spots on the carpet from the baby spilling things and generally making a mess. "As far as the price goes, I thought it was fair.  It was slightly more expensive than other places on the market, but they did provide installation and supposed ongoing customer service.
Installation was on time and very efficient.
Has it fixed my issue?  Yes.  It was a good solution.
MY ISSUE THAT STILL REMAINS is that I have never to this day received the receipt that I was promised to be mailed with all of my warranty information, etc.  This is now over 6 months later and after calling their corporate office as well.  I have no problem dropping a little extra money for the best solution.  Why can't you just send me my receipt and warranty info?
While their on-site crew seemed great, I probably won't use them again because their office staff is clearly disorganized which gives me reservations about receiving ongoing service for potentially lingering issues.
