"We had a very good experience with SS John & Marin Restoration, who performed mold remediation on our basement. They were very thorough and experienced in their assessment of the situation, and worked with us to produce a custom estimate. They were timely in completion of the work. Sebastian was the manager for this project, who supervised the workers and communicated extensively with us to determine our needs. When the initially contracted work resulted in discovery of more moldy areas, the estimate was capped so that discovery of additional mold would not result in a higher cost. This company exemplifies care and motivation of customers, to implement recommendations that prevent future recurrence of mold in the home. For example, we implemented their mold prevention recommendations to run a dehumidifier and air purifier in the basement. Highly recommend this mold remediation pro."

"We have just finished up having demo work done in our basement after we got several inches of water in the deluge of storms a few weeks back, and needed to pass along our recommendation. After several DAYS of back-and-forth voicemails and â weâ ll call you back in 10 minutesâ with a popular restoration company, I started to look for a better solution. After all, who doesnâ t want to wait a few extra days as the mold starts to spread? I reached out to Noah at ServMate, and cannot say enough about how terrific he and his crew were. He answered my call and was at the house the next morning. Even showed up a few minutes early, whenâ s the last time you had a contractor do that? We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile. Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasnâ t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment. While I canâ t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience. Should you find yourself in the same unfortunate position this spring, know that you will have a bright spot in the mess."

"Progressive and their team were incredible. They remodeled six bathrooms in our building and built out two more in the lower level of our building. As soon as I scheduled the appointment and told them what I wanted they had their team put together a full rendering of the finish product and the work came out exactly as the drawings. They are Greate!"

"American Property Services did a great job at my house in Alexandria. They showed up very fast and quickly restore my house. The water damaged the whole ceiling and the floor. The kitchen cabinets were saved and they had the insurance to pay for them to be replaced. Highly recommend them."

"Very communicative, timely and friendly. Excellent work and clean up! Highly recommended!"

"On the appointed date, three very pleasant, diligent, strong young men, including Stephonâ the owner of the businessâ arrived at our house on time. I had arranged for the service to clear from our garage and very large basement 20-50 years worth of accumulated STUFF. LARGE and small, things, very heavy and not so, bulky items, clothing, bedding, rugs, framed picture, household goods, tools, games, appliances, etc.etc.etc. They were competent and systematic in their work and also had some helpful suggestions. They worked really hard: the bulk of the job required everything to be carried up a flight of stairs, thru a fairly small area, then out thru the garage. Plus after hours of carrying and loading everything into their truck, they cleaned up the very dirty (disgusting) floors when they were finished. In addition, they were personable, polite and professional. There was one small negative in that I had thought they were going to remove some old exercise equipment, which they werenâ t prepared to do. However I believe that was due to a miscommunication between myself and Stephon initially, and that can happen. I hope never to accumulate so much stuff again! But if I ever need such service in the future, albeit on a smaller scale, I will hire Stephon and TRASH TALKERS In a heartbeat. I highly recommend this Company to anyone who needs a very, good, reliable clean-out service"

"This job was subcontracted out. Daniel was excellent!"

"This was an amazing experience, we had never done a renovation like this before and it was due to a pipe exploding in our basement. Not only did Perry and his team do an incredible job, they were unbelievably patient and understanding as we dealt with the insurance company and all the hassles they create. Their experience, craftsmanship, and tremendous customer service made this a wonderful experience and our new basement looks incredible! Thank you all again! We will definitely be using these guys for any future renovations/contracting work."
