"We hired Stronghome Seismic to add an additional layer of protection for our house built back in the 60s. James Ewing from the get go came across as a straight shooter, gave us a good estimate quickly. He planned out everything well and started the project on time (a day of delay due to Mercer Island permit issuance delay). He and his colleague Josh worked over the next two weeks painstakingly and completed the seismic retrofit as per Engineering spec. Both explained their work and cleaned up the job site everyday. We were delighted with their service and quality of work. Highly recommend them for your Seismic retrofit needs."

"They gave me a project dat and time, showed up as promised, finished with one day."

"This job was subcontracted out. Daniel was excellent!"

"Daniel contacted me quickly, after posting my notice of this project. My entry project was simply to give a cost estimate for testing and removal of an old carpet pad that looked like it might contain asbestos. He arrived when he said he would, and took care of my project promptly and efficiently. Very friendly, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Also worked very efficiently and with respect. I liked his service so much I immediately expanded my project to include a few other things I was considering, by asking him to evaluate/test for other possible asbestos in attic insulation and popcorn ceiling., and he easily accommodated them. Prices were very reasonable. I was glad that he was able to complete my project within the same day as requested, except some samples that will require lab testing, after giving a price estimate, which he retained. The project request was for price estimates, but he came prepared to complete the project. A couple of other companies also contacted me, and their price estimates, without even visiting, were quite a bit higher. Daniel was able to use his experience and expertise to avoid costs that were not necessary."

"Excellent job done. Very satisfied with the outcome of the carpet cleaning. Certainly recommended. Money well spent. Will hire again for sure."
